How to Choose the Right Sanding Disc

Backing type:
PSA discs (sticky back) offer strong, permanent adhesion for high-speed work.
Hook & loop discs allow quick disc changes and reuse of backup pads.

Grit range: Lower grits (40–80) remove material fast for stock removal and shaping. Mid grits (100–180) handle surface prep and blending. Fine grits (220+) deliver finish-ready results.
