Uneeda's surface conditioning Uneesurface belts are primarily designed for machine operation and is a great material for polishing and removing surface defects on metals

Uneeda’s surface conditioning material Uneesurface is made out of non-woven fiber that is needle-punched onto a polyester mesh backing . That backing is sprayed with a blend of bonding agents and grit which penetrates into the fabric.. These abrasives are available in a variety of formats such as belts, discs and rolls.

Applications:

• Removal of surface defects
• Treatment of clean, smooth and burr-free surfaces
• Refining grind lines in fewer steps than with coated abrasives
• Replacement of conventional products such as coated abrasives and wire brushes
• Ideal for satin finish
